WE CAN OPEN A DINER THAT STAYS OPEN 24/7 OR GROCERY STORE THAT STAYS OPEN 24/7 DOWNTOWN THAT BRINGS MORE TO THE DOWNTOWN AREA. SEVERAL INCIDENTS THAT HAVE OCCURRED FIGHTING, SHOOTING, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOUD MUSIC, GUNSHOTS AND EVEN BEEN GUN INJURIES, SO WE WANTED TO PUT THIS IN PLACE TO TRY TO CURB THAT AND PROVIDE A SAFE DOWNTOWN FOR THE RESIDENTS OF HENDERSON.
